Sadhu Aur Shaitan – Classic Bollywood Movie – Directed By : Bhim Singh Starring : Bharti, Mehmood, Pran. Synopsis : Kind-hearted yet naive Bajrang (Mehmood) drives a taxi (laila) and helps anyone he can. He is devoted to another kind-hearted gentleman and long-time bank employee by the name of Sadhuram (Om Prakash). Bajrang is attracted to a school-teacher, Vidya (Bharathi), whose brother is an artiste, Dina Nath (Kishore Kumar). One day a man claiming to be a child-hood friend of Sadhuram, named Sher Khan (Pran), enters their lives. His motive is to rob the bank where Sadhuram is employed and blame Sadhuram for this. He manipulates Sadhuram into accepting him, and moves in with him. He borrows a large sum of money from Sadhuram, and also manages to duplicate the bank’s safe’s key, and steals the money. The Bank Manager (Nasir Hussain) notifies the police of the robbery and Sadhuram becomes the prime suspect. In panic Sadhuram, who comes into possession of the money that Sher Khan has stolen, flees with the police on his tail. Sher Khan (alias dacoit Dilawar Khan) gets killed and his dead body ends up in the back seat of Bajrang’s taxi, and Bajrang too is on the run. The only one who can clear them of this crime is Dilawar Khan, and he is – dead.

2012 ESA Missions Preview

This video presents the key events in 2012 for ESA. Andr Kuipers continues his PromISSe mission aboard the International Space Station until May, the 4th ESA long duration mission. During his stay the third European ATV cargo ship will bring food and supplies to the orbital outpost. Early in the year the new Vega launcher will make its qualifying flight from Europe’s Spaceport in French Guiana. The end of the year will be marked by an ESA Conference at Ministerial level, a major decision point for the future of Europe in Space. More backgroud information can be found on: www.esa.int

SAFETY IN THE BALANCE

Astraeus Airlines Captain and legendary Iron Maiden front man, Bruce Dickinson, is the presenter of a brand new safety production. Safety in the Balance is part of a joint initiative by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and the UK aviation industry to highlight the importance of safe and accurate aircraft loading. The DVD, which is being distributed free of charge, was filmed throughout 2010 by FdA TV Production students and staff from Exeter College in Devon. It was commissioned by the Ground Handling Operations Safety Team (GHOST), a CAA/industry group committed to develop strategies to mitigate the safety risks from aircraft ground handling and ground support activities. The group is made up of representatives from UK airlines and airport operators. Many thanks goes out to all those who made this video possible. Specially Bruce Dickinson (Astraeus) & Jason Sandever (CAA). Many thanks also to the production team from Exeter College who delivered.
